Description:
We are looking for a candidate who can fill in the gaps with how to serve up data to our customers either through visualization or through other means of delivery such as Snowflake where the need is warranted. We are needing someone with string technical skills with ETL/Snowflake/Tableau or MS PowerBI/Fabric to get our reporting in a stable, effective and efficient state in a new environment. Managers know what they are trying to accomplish, but looking for that SME to drive this to completion.
Requirement:
· Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
· Develop optimized data models and semantic layers to support business reporting.
· Leverage Azure Databricks to prepare, transform, and aggregate data using SQL and PySpark.
· Build intraday, real-time, and historical reports supporting Intradiem-style workforce management analytics.
· Collaborate with data engineers to define data pipelines and reporting-ready datasets.
· Implement performance optimization techniques across BI tools and data sources.
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and validation across all published metrics.
· Translate business requirements from stakeholders into scalable reporting solutions.
· Strong experience with Tableau (calculated fields, LOD expressions, dashboard performance tuning). 3-6 Yrs
· Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, Power BI Service). 3-6 yrs
· Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data preparation and analytics workloads. 3-6 yrs
· Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, CTEs, and window functions. 4-6 yrs
· Experience designing star schema and analytics-ready data models.
· Experience building operational, intraday, and near real-time dashboards.
· Familiarity with Git-based version control for BI and analytics assets.

Pay Details: $30.50 per hour
