Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions individually, as well as in group and family settings.
  • Apply various therapeutic modalities tailored to client-specific needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic care for all clients.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough clinical records that comply with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning by attending workshops and staying up-to-date with the latest research in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele exhibiting a range of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
  • At least 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong comprehension of ethical guidelines and legal regulations that govern counseling practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience
