Entry-Level Behavior Technician / RBT

Center-Based | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 30+ Hours/Week

About the Role

You will work one-on-one with children in a center-based ABA setting, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data electronically, and collaborate with your BCBA and team throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Interest in working with children and learning ABA therapy.

  • RBT certification preferred, but not required.

  • Strong communication skills and a team mindset.

  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass required screenings.

  • Ability to stay active during sessions, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
