Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) Program Floater
All Benevilla Adult Day Programs - Surprise, Sun City & Peoria, AZ
$15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates
Schedule:
30-39 hours per week between 8am-5pm
Will be floating/covering as needed at any of our 3 life enrichment programs which are located in Peoria, Sun City & Surprise, AZ.
(Programs closed evenings and weekends.)

As an Enrichment Partner, you will:
  • Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living needs.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates.
  • Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment.
  • Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.

What You’ll Need:
  • Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs).
