About the Role: Program Supervisor

  • Implement quality programs which provide meaningful experiences for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
  • Manage personal and monitor classroom schedules.
  • Participate in the planning and provision of recreation/activities.
  • Ensure performance management and contract/funding compliance.
  • Provide Behavior Learning Therapy

What are the requirements?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a program that supports people with developmental disabilities.
  • Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided).
  • Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
