THE ROLE

Good World Ventures, LLC, a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking a Day to Day Manager to work directly with creators and creative talent. This role is hands on, relationship driven, and deeply embedded in the daily flow of our talent's careers. You'll be the primary point of contact for talent, helping manage opportunities, schedules, brand partnerships, and creative execution - while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

This role reports directly to the Head of Creative and works closely with senior leadership across management, creative, and strategy. You'll be a key extension of the creative vision, translating high level direction into day to day execution, while keeping leadership looped in on talent needs, opportunities, and momentum.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Serve as the day to day point of contact for a roster of creators and creatives

  • Manage inbound and outbound opportunities across brand partnerships, content, appearances, and collaborations

  • Coordinate deal flow: tracking opportunities, timelines, deliverables, and approvals

  • Liaise between talent, brands, agencies, production teams, and internal stakeholders

  • Support contract processes in partnership with senior management and legal (reviewing scopes, timelines, and deliverables)

  • Help talent stay organized, on schedule, and creatively supported

  • Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams to shape ideas and executions

  • Track performance, campaigns, and deliverables to ensure everything lands cleanly and on time

  • Be plugged into culture, platform trends, creative movements, and emerging talent spaces

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with creators, creatives, or talent (agency, management, brand, or production background)

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or similar) preferred but not required

  • Naturally organized, proactive, and calm under pressure

  • A strong communicator who builds trust with talent and partners

  • Genuinely interested in creators, creatives, and internet-driven culture

  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities at once

  • Detail oriented but not rigid, you know when to move fast

  • Taste forward and curious, with a strong sense of what feels culturally relevant

  • Professional, discreet, and reliable

  • Familiarity with brand partnerships, content workflows, and creative campaigns

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Comfort working across email, calendars, decks, and project trackers

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This role is foundational to how Good World Creative supports talent. You're not just managing logistics - you're helping shape careers, protect creative integrity, and build long-term value for people who define culture.

BENEFITS & PERKS

Our motto is 'Taking Care of Our Own' through our pillars of benefits:
