Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager owns the results. This person leads the daily operation of a restaurant location, from team development to inventory, food safety, and profitability. The Restaurant General Manager builds and develops a winning team by recruiting, training, and mentoring Team Members, providing ongoing feedback, and using available training resources to elevate their growth. This role drives sales and controls costs across food, labor, beverage, supplies, and utilities while protecting the standards that keep guests coming back. The Restaurant General Manager also manages shifts and scheduling, enforces sanitation and food safety practices, resolves guest concerns, oversees local store marketing, and keeps the building and equipment in top shape. Qualifications:

  • The Restaurant General Manager must have 2+ years of experience managing others, ideally in a high-volume restaurant setting
