The Project Manager is responsible for managing elevator service, modernization, and/or repair projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and consistent with Elevatedโ€™s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Manage full project lifecycle (post award โ†’ execution โ†’ closeout)
  • Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards
  • Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and technicians
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
  • Lead project communications, reporting, and performance reviews with clients

Financial & Operational Oversight

  • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
  • Oversee billing, change orders, and margin performance

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Sales, Branch Operations, and Field Teams
  • Align with internal stakeholders to resource projects effectively

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, elevator codes, and company safety standards
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and audit readiness

ย Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of project management experience (construction, MEP, elevator, or field services)
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, forecasting)

Preferred:

  • Elevator industry experience
  • PMP or equivalent project certification
  • Experience with service + modernization project mix
