Madison's Restaurant offers an ever-evolving dining experience in the heart of Highlands with farm-fresh ingredients and a welcoming spirit.The Madison's Bartender will provide a high level of efficient, personable, and professionalservice to guests at this Old Edwards Hospitality Group venue that could include service in Madison's, Hummingbird Lounge, The Wine Garden or Rooftop Terrace.

Responsibilities

  • Standing and walking for extended periods of time
  • Name usage
  • Ability to adhere to ABC standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively and serve guests graciously to a high standard
  • Ability to prepare consistently excellent cocktails
  • Check ID of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
  • Memorization of the beer, wine, and specialty cocktail list, as well as, lunch and dinner menu, based on location
  • Ability to use Micros POS system
  • Ability to manage multiple tables at one time
  • Accommodate special requests to guests, or offer alternatives
