Job description

Local Thyme Llc in Whitehouse, OH is looking for one bartender to join our 37 person strong team. We are located on 6719 Providence St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Present bar menu and wine selections
  • Work nights and weekends
  • Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food, health department and beverage regulations


Qualifications

  • Work experience as a bartender is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
