Old Town Bar LLC is seeking a fullโ€‘time Bartending Team Lead โ€“ Mixologist to support, lead, and execute our beverage program with consistency and professionalism. ARE YOU THE BARTENDING TEAM LEAD - MIXOLOGIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR?


  • 3+ years bartending experience (high volume and or craft preferred)

Experience in leading cocktail or beverage programs, strong knowledge of spirits and bar operations, ability to train and lead without ego, organized and detail-oriented, balancing creativity with cost control and profitability. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays, and possess a valid alcohol service certification, or be able to obtain one, is preferred.

AVERAGE DAY AS A BARTENDING TEAM LEAD - MIXOLOGIST

This is a fullโ€‘time bartender position with shifts within business hours, averaging 30-35 hours per week behind the bar, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.


In this bartender role, you'll help lead the bar team while remaining actively behind the bar, ensuring consistent execution of drinks and adherence to service standards. You'll assist with designing and maintaining cocktail menus, developing seasonal features, training bartenders and servers on builds and presentation, supporting inventory and prep, and collaborating with ownership on menu direction, pricing, and rollouts.
