Job Title: Registered Nurse

Description:
This position is variable and will include shifts from 1 PM to 1 AM, 4 PM to 4 AM, and/or 7 PM to 7 AM.
Candidates must possess a valid RN license and relevant certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Previous charge experience is preferred.
Experience with a patient ratio of 4:1 is required.
The ability to chart using the Epic system is mandatory.
Candidates will care for patients across various age groups, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
The daily census is approximately 100 patients, with an average of 100 visits per day.
The unit consists of 28 rooms and has 23 beds available.
Interdisciplinary support is provided by various teams, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.
A wide range of patient diagnoses and special procedures will be encountered.
Candidates should have skills in airway management, IV sedation, trauma care, and other emergency-related procedures.
This position requires strong assessment skills and the ability to identify and report neglect or abuse.
Compliance with all onboarding and work history verification requirements is essential.
