As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kathy Davidoff - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and transfer to the applicable team member.
  • Assist customers with general questions and inquiries.
  • Perform administrative tasks for the agency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.
  • Must be good with technology.
