Job Description: Modernization of FA Compensation Platforms

Primary Skills: DataStage

Secondary Skills: IBM iLog/ODM

Tertiary Skills: Tableau

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • 7+ years of extensive experience working in DataStage who has actually implemented those DataStage processes in production
  • Has experience transforming legacy mainframe jobs using DataStage
  • Ability to read JCLs and COBOL programs
  • Familiarity interfacing DataStage processes using 3rd party java utilities, web services and Rest APIs
  • Experienced in presenting data points through Tableau analytics
  • Skillful in scheduling and handling exception of jobs running Autosys (that is running DataStage processes)
  • Strong understanding of Git version control, CI/CD and ability to work in an agile and fast paced environment
  • Very good communication and problem solving skills
