About the Teamย 
The Datacenter Operation team supports the companyโ€™s fast growth by deploying and operating hyperscale datacenters. The team takes full onsite responsibility for each site and manages the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware fleet operations, providing scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions and services for AI workloads.ย 
Responsibilitiesย 
โ€ขย ย  ย Install, rack, and deploy server and networking hardware in datacenter environments.ย 
โ€ขย ย  ย Perform cable management tasks including reseating, labeling, and replacing network, power, and fiber/copper cabling.ย 
โ€ขย ย  ย Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following established operational procedures.ย 
โ€ขย ย  ย Respond to incidents and support onsite troubleshooting while maintaining aggressive SLA requirements.ย 
โ€ขย ย  ย Document maintenance activities, hardware changes, and inventory updates accurately in tracking systems.ย 
โ€ขย ย  ย Conduct visual inspections and basic diagnostics to identifypotential hardware or connectivity issues.ย 
โ€ขย ย  ย Work within rotating shifts or hold on-call responsibilities to support 24/7 operations.ย
