Position:
Our Client is an industry- leading commercial Concrete Contractors specializing in delivering quality cast-in-place concrete projects in the Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Datacenter, Retail, Manufacturing, and Distribution markets.Based on current and projected growth of their Datacenter business, they are seeking an Operations Manager or Project Executiveto lead project teams out of their Columbus, OH office. This is a great opportunity to be part of the growth of a strong industry leader. Relocation assistance available.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+years' experience as a Project Manager managing project teams on commercial concrete construction projects ranging in size from $500,000 to $30M, Datacenter building projects a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
