Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead project planning by defining scope, developing detailed schedules, and establishing budgets in collaboration with clients, engineers, and executive leadership.
- Contractor Management: Manage the full contractor lifecycle, including selection, contract negotiation, and on-site supervision to ensure all work adheres to quality standards and design specifications.
- Budget & Schedule Oversight: Proactively mitigate project risks-including budget deviations, schedule delays, and on-site emergencies-while ensuring all safety standards and compliance codes are strictly met.
- Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular project velocity updates and financial budget reports to internal cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Operational Agility: Perform other related project and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Technical Domain Expertise: Solid electrical background with hands-on experience in medium- and low-voltage power supply and distribution systems.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.

- Contract & Technical Comprehension: Thorough understanding of construction contracts, compliance regulations, and architectural/engineering drawings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all team levels.

- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard project management software tools.
