To support our mission, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure our databases run smoothly, securely, and efficiently around the clock. You'll take ownership of installing, maintaining, configuring, and optimizing our database environments - keeping data flowing effortlessly across the company for both backend operations and user-facing needs.   • Manage and support database systems within a complex infrastructure, proactively monitoring performance and addressing issues with a hands-on mindset
  • Maintain strong security and integrity across all database environments
  • Analyze, fine-tune, and optimize database performance, including diagnosing and resolving performance challenges
  • Collaborate across departments to support users, contribute to key IT projects, and ensure seamless database operations company-wide
  • Drive the ongoing evolution of our database systems and related infrastructure

Basic Qualifications:
  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Database Administrator
  • Solid proficiency in PostgreSQL
