Job description

Job Description -
Inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database. Research existing database or documents. Scan documents and link to database. Must meet standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness. Requires strong attention to detail, and good communication skills, and the ability to work well independently. Ability to follow instructions without supervisory follow-up. Experience with MS Office preferred.
Scope of work / Project overview:
Resource will work onsite at the Lipan Records Center to review large volumes of displaced
documentation from Larimer to T3. Responsibilities include locating documents within systems
such as SharePoint and ProjectWise, validating whether electronic records exist, performing
quality assurance on scanned images, scanning missing records, and linking documents into the
appropriate database.
Candidate Details
โ€ข Top skills and qualifications:
Administrative or data entry background; strong research skills; experience with SharePoint
and/or ProjectWise; database experience; record review experience; ability to work
independently; attention to detail; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
โ€ข Non-technical skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, ability to stay on task, and
independence.
โ€ข Ideal candidate background / experience: Targeting approximately 5-7 years of experience
(Level II), but open to candidates with less experience who demonstrate the required skills
and work style.
โ€ข Preferred / nice to have skills: Record review or document management experience.
โ€ข Certifications required: None required.
โ€ข Red flags: No strict red flags for this role given flexibility in candidate backgrounds.
โ€ข Screening considerations: Candidates with experience working independently and managing
repetitive tasks effectively will be preferred.
