We’re growing our U.S. team and looking for a Project Manager to help us scale smarter — with better reporting, cleaner data, and sharper processes.

What you’ll do

The Yooz Project Manager is a dynamic individual contributor who excels in ensuring seamless customer onboarding onto the Yooz AP automation platform. By deeply understanding customer requirements, guiding adoption, and establishing best practices, they consistently drive exceptional value and maximize return on investment.

  • Customer Onboarding & Project Leadership

    • Build Relationships: Align activities with customer business goals and ROI.

    • Manage Projects: Ensure projects meet schedule, cost, and quality goals.

    • Configure Applications: Set up workflows, budgets, YoozPay, and ERP integration

  • Technical Scoping

    • Lead Discussions: Handle data transfer scoping with customer IT teams.

    • Write Specifications: Create specs for custom scripts and reports.

    • Collaborate with Developers: Work with developers to find solutions.

  • Pre-Sales & Partner Support

    • Engage in Pre-Sales: Analyze needs and quote service days for complex customers.

  • Technical Background: Understanding of technologies and technical issues with SaaS implementation.

  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to deliver webinars; proven ability to multi-task and prioritize; Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
