• Conduct individualized counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, crafting detailed treatment and discharge plans that outline the goals and methods for achieving mental health improvement.
• Utilize a variety of assessment techniques—including interviews and observational methods—to gather comprehensive data on patients, enabling you to accurately evaluate their needs and suggest appropriate therapeutic interventions or referrals.
• Implement and refine assessment protocols in alignment with best practices and health plan regulations, ensuring all approaches meet clinical and ethical standards.
• Manage a caseload that includes both individual and collateral therapy, facilitating client empowerment through tailored strategies and interventions.
• Regularly review client case materials to ensure accuracy and compliance; complete documentation such as assessments, progress notes, and care plans, ensuring they align with both the internal database and hard copy specifications according to current clinical standards.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.
• An active and unrestricted Clinical Independent Social Worker License (LICSW) is essential to practice in Washington state.
• You must possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a healthcare setting, with at least one year dedicated to a mental health environment.
• Demonstrable clinical work experience in a social service or healthcare capacity, particularly in case management or as a social worker, is expected.

• Experience with hospice or palliative care settings is highly valued.
• Strong conflict management abilities and proven skills in crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and patient documentation practices.
