Job Description
USC Athletics is looking to hire a Database - CRM coordinator to help manage the Ticket Sales Force CRM system. This position will focus on data accuracy and work within the department's data warehouse and work closely with the development, sales and marketing departments as well as USC's Ticket Office.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education: Related undergraduate study Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
Minimum Experience: 1 year Combined education/experience as substitute for minimum experience
Minimum Field of Expertise: Working knowledge of personal computer software including database, spreadsheet, graphics and desktop publishing programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Education: Bachelor's field in related field
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of Sales Force CRM solution and data warehousing
Knowledge of Paciolan Ticketing System
Familiarity with sales and customer service
