Job description

We're hiring a Chief Financial Officer at Kixie.

The sales tech stack is being rebuilt from the ground up. Legacy dialers and sequencing tools are being replaced by AI-native platforms that don't just help reps make calls or send texts, they autonomously orchestrate every revenue motion. Kixie is in the middle of this transformation.

We're a revenue communication platform serving 2,000+ revenue teams and we're evolving into an AI-native revenue orchestration engine. We need a CFO who wants to be the financial and operational architect of what will be a category-defining company.

This is not a back-office finance role. You'll be the CEO's strategic co-pilot: owning capital allocation for an AI platform bet, building the organization for 10x growth, and running the full business operating system: finance, people strategy, and operational infrastructure.

What you'll own:
  • Financial strategy and FP&A for a multi-year platform transformation
  • Capital allocation decisions across AI investment, GTM, and headcount
  • People strategy: compensation architecture, organizational design, talent acquisition at scale
  • Board and investor reporting, fundraising readiness, and strategic partnerships
  • SaaS metrics that matter: NRR, CAC payback, Rule of 40, burn multiple

What we're looking for:
  • Multi-year CFO or VP Finance experience at a B2B SaaS company ($10M-$50M ARR)
  • Deep fluency in subscription-revenue economics: ARR, NRR, LTV:CAC, ASC 606
  • Builder mentality-you've built financial infrastructure, not just inherited it
  • Experience owning people/HR strategy alongside finance (common at this stage)
  • Strong opinions, loosely held. You challenge the CEO, not just support them.
Benefits & Perks
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO), sick leaves, and paid holidays
  • A pet-friendly office so your furry friends can be part of your workday
  • Complimentary parking in our secure garage
  • Opportunities to learn everything there is to know about tech startups and developing your CS skills
  • A collaborative, dynamic, and supportive team environment
$200,000 - $300,000 a year
Competitive package: base + bonus + meaningful equity
Santa Monica, CA In-office Reports to CEO

If you're a finance leader who wants to build the operating system for a company making the leap from proven platform to AI-native category leader, this is the seat!
