Job description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing financial leadership to support the Company's continued growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. The CFO will oversee all finance, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), tax, risk management, and information systems functions while helping drive strategic initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategic growth plans.
Serve as a key advisor to the Board of Directors and ownership on financial strategy, business performance, and capital allocation.
Evaluate organic growth opportunities, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and new business ventures.
Direct annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Provide profitability analysis by customer, channel, product category, and manufacturing facility.
Identify opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
Oversee tax planning, audits, banking relationships, insurance programs, and regulatory compliance.
Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and professional advisors.
Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
Support debt management, banking negotiations, and capital investment planning.
Evaluate opportunities for strategic financing and growth capital.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
CPA, CMA, and/or MBA strongly preferred.
5+ years in a senior executive finance role (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent).
Significant experience within food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industries.
Deep knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and strategic planning functions.
Demonstrated success supporting high-growth organizations.
