The Regulatory Intern (2026) internship requires a minimum availability of 15 hours per week during 2026 in Gogo's headquarters located in Broomfield, CO. Interns are full-fledged members of the team - engaged from day one through structured training, mentorship, a diverse set of experiences, a network of peers across the company, and leadership opportunities. Our internship program is designed to provide exposure to real, complex operational projects in which you will be working with a variety of people in different business functions. Ideal candidates are top-performing students who excel at analytic problem solving and have a desire to re-engineer processes, quantify business impacts, understand corporate legal departments, and be part of major corporate initiatives.
How will you make a difference?
Support all areas of the Regulatory Department with special projects, correspondence, and reports. Some key responsibilities are:
  • Documenting regular reporting and fee payment processes that result from licensing obligations
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain the necessary information for reporting
  • Researching current and future licenses and license obligations
  • Updating the internal Gogo licensing database
  • Drafting responses to international consultations related to Gogo and Gogo's products and services
  • Word processing and technical support as needed
  • Providing additional support to the Legal and Regulatory Department as required

Qualifications
  • Student in an accredited graduate or undergraduate program, ideally working towards
  • a degree in: Business, Law, English, Engineering, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

Requirements
  • Willingness to take on a variety of roles/responsibilities to deliver solutions
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Aptitude to work with new software and technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to focus on details, organize, and follow through
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member in a dynamic, fast paced setting
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Positive attitude

Equal Pay Disclosure(s)
Base Pay:
18.40 - 23.00 USD Hourly
Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
