Job Summary
Robert Half is seeking a Search Assistant to support a dynamic, results-oriented, executive search/consulting team, specializing in Financial, IT/Technical, Legal and HR search assignments. This position is entry-level and will be located in .
Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support a focused team of busy Managing Directors and Associates.
  • Perform some office tasks including, but not limited to: arranging travel, maintaining MD and associates' calendars, managing incoming calls and mail flow, processing monthly expense reports, and assisting with office inventory and supply orders.
  • Hands-on involvement in Search processes (including candidate profiles, position profiles, standard engagement letters).
  • Interface with client and candidates to seamlessly develop and execute the search project's objectives.
  • Create and edit highly specialized documents.
  • Assemble search documents, company literature, and company presentations for distribution to our current and prospective clients.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of meetings.
  • Update database and assist in data-mining and research of candidates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration) or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional environment.
  • Show some functional knowledge in the areas of Finance/Accounting, IT, HR and/or Legal.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Be able to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Anticipate needs and take total responsibility for actions.
  • Be an organized self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Be detail-oriented and resourceful with the ability to multi-task.
  • Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 and looking for someone to work west coast hours of 9am-5pm PST.
