Job Summary (Database Administrator 3):
- Responsible for data analysis and overall database management
- Maintain, enhance, and design data dictionaries and physical/logical database models
- Perform database performance tuning and monitor space requirements
- Support athe pplication system development life cycle
- Maintain a central data repository and ensure data dictionary backup and recovery
- Define and enforce standards for data dictionaries
- May develop programs for dictionary analysis and maintenance
- Schedule and monitor end-of-day data warehousing jobs
- Assist in coordinating and supporting software releases
- Communicate accurate and useful status updates to relevant stakeholders
- Manage and report time spent on all work activities in compliance with quality standards
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Required skills: 5+ years of Snowflake and ETL experience
- Occasional on-site meetings required in Delaware; travel costs not covered
- Bachelor’s degree required
