Reporting to the Senior Manager, BI & Data Excellence, you are primarily responsible for maintaining, deploying, and enhancing Business Intelligence initiatives for the sales team.

By joining this role, you will play a key part in the highly ambitious digital transformation of Danone's sales team and will contribute more broadly to the success of the BI & Data Excellence team within the Insight, Strategy and Transformation division.

You will be expected to excel in designing Power BI report user interfaces and in business analysis, while developing and deploying various tools with the needs of your internal clients at the core of everything you do.

More specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Sales Business Partnership
    • Simplify the experience of sales teams by handling requests and communications with BI, data, and IT teams involved in BI projects
    • Communicate progress on initiatives to stakeholders and be accountable for their delivery
  • BI Development and Business Analysis
    • Gather, analyze, and structure business needs to propose BI solutions aligned with organizational objectives
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI
    • Contribute to the establishment of best practices in data visualization and business analysis
    • Guide and participate in data modeling
    • Apply, promote, and contribute to data governance and BI governance practices
    • Develop Power BI users' core competencies
  • Other Automation Initiatives:
    • Support selected Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data integration initiatives

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 CAD. The final salary offered will be determined by factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity and external market conditions.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies:

  • University degree in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Business administration AND/OR CBAP certification, AND/OR Power BI certification, AND/OR equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in roles such as business analyst, BI developer, or report designer, ideally supporting sales teams in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Strong ability to gather, understand, and translate client needs, strategy, and operations into solutions
  • Strong ability to design effective Power BI report interfaces
  • Proficiency in Power BI report development and DAX
  • General knowledge of Business Intelligence (strategy, requirements gathering, data modeling, data transformation, decision-making, visualization, data science, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of T-SQL
  • Bilingual (French and English)

Relevant du Gestionnaire Senior Excellence B.I. et Donnees, vous etes principalement responsable de maintenir, deployer et ameliorer des initiatives en Intelligence d'affaires pour l'equipe de ventes.

En joignant ce poste, vous jouerez un role cle dans la transformation digitale hautement ambitieuse de l'equipe ventes de Danone et contribuerez plus largement au succes de l'equipe Excellence B.I. et Donnees au sein de la division d'Insight, Strategie et Transformation.
