Job description

Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90211 — In Office Only (Not Remote)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Starting $19–$20/hr
Intelifi is a background screening company serving employers, staffing agencies, healthcare providers, and HR teams nationwide. We are hiring detail-oriented analysts to review, verify, and complete employment background checks using court records and identity data.
This is not a call-center job and not general customer service. This role is focused on accuracy, record review, and case resolution using professional screening tools and court databases.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Reviewing background check reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Verifying identifiers (name, DOB, SSN, addresses, aliases, etc.)
  • Reviewing and interpreting court records (criminal & civil)
  • Completing and updating cases in Zendesk ticketing system
  • Fulfilling orders in Intelifi’s proprietary screening platform
  • Contacting courts or public agencies for record clarification when needed
  • Communicating professionally with HR and staffing clients regarding case status
  • Following strict compliance and data-privacy procedures

IDEAL BACKGROUND (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:
  • Background screening / CRA environments
  • HR or staffing operations
  • Court record research or legal admin
  • Data verification, quality assurance, or compliance roles
  • Healthcare credentialing or onboarding verification

REQUIREMENTS
  • 1–3+ years in records review, HR, compliance, screening, or verification roles
  • Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed
  • Comfortable reviewing legal and government records
  • Excellent computer skills (case systems, web research, spreadsheets, email)
  • Organized and able to manage multiple cases at once
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle time-sensitive workloads
  • Professional written and verbal communication

Advanced IT skills are not required. Training on our software and processes is provided.
SCHEDULE
Training period (first few weeks):
Part-time daytime hours
After training (full-time):
Monday–Friday, approx. 7:00am – 2:30pm
LOCATION
This is an in-office position in Beverly Hills, CA 90211.
Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
