Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst - Treasury for an on-site position in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will support the firm's day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, wire and funding processing, bank reconciliation, and liquidity reporting across our entities and real estate private credit portfolio.
As a member of the finance team, you will maintain the firm's daily cash position, process loan advances and disbursements, and build the reporting that gives leadership a clear, current view of liquidity. Additionally, this role will leverage modern AI tools and automated workflows to streamline data verification, transaction processing, and treasury reporting. This is a strong entry point for an analyst looking to develop deep treasury and capital-markets expertise within an active private-lending platform.
Key Responsibilities

Cash Management & Treasury Operations
  • Maintain the daily cash position across all bank accounts and entities; produce daily and weekly liquidity reports for management.
  • Prepare, verify, and process outgoing wires and ACH transactions, including loan advances and disbursements, ensuring accurate supporting documentation and approval controls.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items promptly and accurately.
  • Support banking relationship administration, including account openings, signer updates, and treasury documentation.

AI Integration, Data Verification & Workflow Automation
  • Utilize AI-driven tools to automate transaction data extraction, coding, and reconciliation matching.
  • Perform rigorous data verification checks on AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with company controls.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining automated workflows to accelerate reconciliation and reporting cycles.
  • Deploy AI verification checks to spot inconsistencies or anomalies in high-volume transaction and cash activity.

Investor Fund Operations & Forecasting Support
  • Support investor capital call and distribution processing, including the calculation and reconciliation of preferred returns and investor allocations.
  • Maintain investor records and fund-level cash flows; reconcile balances against fund, subscription, and servicing records.
  • Build and maintain rolling cash-flow forecasts by entity and fund, incorporating capital contributions, distributions, debt service, and operating needs.
  • Track fund compliance requirements and maintain the schedule of investor obligations and upcoming distribution dates.

Reporting & Close Support
  • Support month-end close activities related to cash, debt, and intercompany balances.
  • Contribute to the preparation of investor and lender reporting packages.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready records for all treasury transactions and controls.

Qualifications & Skills
Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 1-3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, banking, or a related analytical role.
  • Solid understanding of cash management, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated interest in or exposure to AI accounting/treasury platforms for workflow automation and data verification.
  • Must be able to work on-site at our corporate office in Irvine, CA.

Core Competencies
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, nesting formulas, and cash-flow modeling).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numeric and transaction data.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills to manage recurring deadlines across multiple entities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate, private lending, EB-5, or investment management.
  • Familiarity with investor fund operations, capital calls, distributions, or preferred-return calculations.
