Collaborate with data architects, DBAs, ETL developers, and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Ensure data models adhere to normalization standards (3NF/BCNF), data integrity, and referential integrity. Support dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas) for data warehousing and analytics use cases.

Conduct model reviews, impact analysis, and version control using erwin or comparable tools. Participate in data governance initiatives, including metadata management, naming standards, and lineage documentation. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and maintainability across large-scale environments.
