In this role as Program Support Specialist, you will serve as a critical resource on the Loyalty Programs team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day execution of our national foodservice operator loyalty programs. Sitting at the intersection of operations, data management, and client services, you will assist with data validation, invoicing processes, promotion operations and internal reporting. You will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, accounting, analytics, and client services teams to keep program initiatives on track and operating at the highest level of accuracy and quality. All team members must be dedicated to our core values: Real, Care, Growth.

Who we are:

A Minnesota-based company, RealTime Solutions® thrives on proactively addressing foodservice trends, pitfalls, and opportunities, always staying one step ahead. By seamlessly merging data intelligence with marketing finesse, we create campaigns and tactics that are not just reactive but rooted in insightful strategy. As a Buyers Edge Platform brand, our deep foodservice expertise and data-rich analytics set us apart, allowing us not only to identify growth opportunities for Fortune 500 food manufacturers, but also craft bold strategies and tactics that redefine their success in foodservice.

We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:

  • Program & Project Support
    • Support the Program Managers in day-to-day execution of the loyalty programs, including tracking milestones, action steps, and deadlines.
    • Assist in the implementation of new program features, platform enhancements, and technology upgrades as assigned.
    • Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Jira,) with current status, risks, and dependencies.
    • Support program promotion operations including set-up, maintenance, basic reporting and turning them into actionable case studies.
  • Data Validation & Reporting
    • Perform data validation, audits, and quality checks to ensure accuracy across program touchpoints (enrollment, earning, redemption).
    • Act as an internal data and reporting resource — pulling, compiling, and analyzing program performance data as needed.
    • Assist in the creation of performance reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Tableau.
    • Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues with recommended solutions to the Program Manager.
    • Lead the review, validation, and processing of program-related invoice reports, ensuring accuracy.
  • Stakeholder & Client Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external client stakeholders.
    • Provide proactive project updates, thoughtful communication, and responsive follow-through to all stakeholders.
    • Assist in preparing client-facing materials including program campaign recaps.
  • Process Improvement & Operations
    • Contribute to the maintenance of internal processes, best practices, and documented operating procedures focused on continuous improvement.
    • Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows across loyalty program operations and campaign execution.
    • Support the Program Manager in evaluating program performance and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide additional support and perform other duties as required and requested.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree OR 2–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting loyalty programs, CRM platforms, or B2B/B2C marketing initiatives is preferred.
  • Prior experience in or exposure to the foodservice sales and marketing industry is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles; experience with tools like Microsoft Teams, Jira, or Asana preferred.
  • Comfortable working with data — validating, analyzing, and presenting findings in clear formats.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams and clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrates good judgement, creativity, and a consistently positive attitude.
  • Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to occasionally travel for client visits and trade shows
