Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in healthcare data, clinical data warehousing, and quality measures. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical, technical, and business analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making and regulatory reporting in a healthcare-focused environment.

Required Experience & Background
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis
  • Strong experience working with CMS and NCQA Quality Measures
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, preferably in a clinical or healthcare environment
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data workflows and clinical data structures
Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (5+ years experience)
  • Strong Data Analysis and Business Analysis skills
  • Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies (5+ years total experience)
  • Experience in Data Warehousing concepts and implementations
  • Experience in Data Mapping, data validation, and data reconciliation
  • Exposure to Cloud-based data platforms and environments
