Job Description:
IT Data Management expert:

Synermed will be transferring all operations back to plans and provider groups
We'll need to transfer all of the case records, data transfer exercise, and our role is to oversee that.
Need strong data management experience, data transfer...all the transition of the data to a new vendor
Second component is for the team to conduct an assessment of UM compliance. We need an It expert to support the team. The system needs validated dates
Bunch of issues related to letters, letter of intent, letter to providers or members.
The whole process needs checks and balances on the IT side
- Strong IT and fulfillment letter experience
- Experience in the CA market is a bonus
- Bonus, An ex-management consultant
- Travel to LA (Monteray Park) - 4 days a week
IT/Data Architecture SME - Data architecture/IT Subject Matter Expert
Role will be to oversee technology related activities for UM compliance, as well as conduct an assessment of IT / data UM compliance.
Key experience / background includes:
- Strong data architecture related experience required
- Strong understanding of data migration, data conversion, data transfer (SFTP), etc
- Letter / fulfillment capability experience; Letter / fulfillment related to UM functions, additional bonus
- Utilization Management (UM) technology experience is a bonus
- Strong client presence
-X management consultant / "Big Five" preferred
- Needs to be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
- Collaborates with several resources and work streams
- Ability to travel to LA area, required, four days a week
