Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : you will specialize in data tracking and sourcing of documents. Preparing , sorting, source documents identities, and interpretation of data to be entered. you will constantly compile ,sort, and verify data to make sure it is always accurate. (No room for errors.) You will occasionally be required to Contact responsible parties to have issues resolved moderately. (complex questions, inconsistencies, or missing data).you will handle entering of alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, Also entering of necessary codes. Your responsibilities demand that you compare data entered with source documents identifying errors and subsequently correcting any errors.(most importantly, imageshack employee must have a passion for perfection.)
You will constantly file or route source documents after entry. Respond to inquires regarding entered data. Also maintaining a daily count of work processed and may create periodic reports for management. Performing of routine maintenance on machinery used. you also handle Preparation of Balance sheets (Mini), account balancing, invoicing recording, proper data analysis of sales records and recording pay slips into accounting database. all these will be facilitated by the use of easy-to-use working software made available to Imageshack employees.
