Job description

The AR Systems Manager supports global AR processes (collections, cash applications) and acts as the primary AR systems expert. This role provides innovative leadership for automating AR superuser tasks to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support team members. The manager also supports M&A, special projects, month-end processing, and issue resolutions.
We believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely.
What you'll do
  • Serve as the primary Superuser and subject matter expert for the Accounts Receivable module within our Oracle system and related finance applications.
  • Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for AR system, interfaces, and data posting issues, collaborating with the IT team for resolution.
  • Lead the testing and validation of system upgrades, patches, and new functionality rollouts related to AR.
  • Gather requirements from AR users and translate them into functional specifications for system improvements.
  • Implement and monitor proper segregation of duties within the AR system environment.
  • Identify and lead implementation of process automation, simplification, and standardization to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Monitor process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure all AR processes are compliant with internal controls and accounting standards, and maintain evidence of control effectiveness for audit support.

What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or a related system Superuser role.
  • In-depth, hands-on experience with a major ERP system's AR module (preferably Oracle Fusion).
  • Demonstrated experience in documenting, analyzing, and optimizing financial processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Experience in a global or multi-entity organization.
  • Inspirational leader and critical thinker who works well across accounting and technical teams.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle AR modules, financial systems, reporting, data analytics, and process automation tools (RPA/Gemini AI).
  • Spanish language proficiency is beneficial.
