We’re seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Division Quality Systems Manager to lead quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving quality excellence, regulatory compliance, operational consistency, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives on building strong teams, improving systems, and creating a culture where quality is embedded in every stage of the manufacturing process.

This position is open to candidates located in Olathe or Tucker.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a multi-site quality strategy aligned with company goals and long-term growth initiatives
  • Drive consistency by standardizing quality systems, policies, and procedures across all facilities
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies regarding quality matters
  • Champion a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the division

Quality Systems & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with AS9100 / ISO 9001, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements including EPA, OSHA, REACH, and TSCA
  • Lead internal and external audits across multiple facilities and ensure timely corrective actions
  • Maintain site certifications, regulatory registrations, and compliance documentation
  • Oversee CAPA processes, risk assessments, and quality system effectiveness

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and monitor quality metrics and reporting systems that support data-driven decision making
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other operational excellence methodologies
  • Strengthen supplier quality programs and ensure raw material compliance and performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve product quality, process capability, and operational efficiency

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and support site Quality Managers and QA/QC teams across multiple locations
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative environment focused on proactive problem solving
  • Create and support training and professional development programs for quality personnel
  • Lead by example through strong communication, accountability, and strategic thinking

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support new product launches through validation planning, risk assessments, and process readiness activities
  • Promote and maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
  • Support additional business initiatives and projects as needed
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of quality management experience within chemical manufacturing, including multi-site leadership responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and advanced quality tools such as SPC, CAPA, and FMEA
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and build high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
