Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Global Account Manager based in the Bay Area, CA, USA. The Global Account Manager will oversee and maintain relationships with key international clients, develop strategic account plans, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, managing negotiations and contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires regular reporting on account performance and market trends, as well as representing the company at industry events and meetings.

Compensation :

  • Competitive salary + Bonus Opportunity ($95,000–$200,000 annual salary commensurate with experience)
  • This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
  • For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles also offer a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.


Qualifications

  • 10+ Years in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Contract Negotiation
  • 5+ years in rechargeable battery technologies or related industries
  • Business Development and Strategic Planning expertise
  • Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Experience in the technology or clean energy sectors preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Comfortable with international travel as needed
  • Proficiency in multiple languages including English and Mandarin is an advantage
