Job description

Kinetic Events Staffing is now hiring for the 2026 season at Stanford Stadium. We are focused on building a consistent roster of staff to handle a diverse lineup of large scale events this summer and fall season.

We are looking for reliable event staff who want to be part of our team for the duration of the 2026 season at the stadium. Our team handles front-of-house operations, including guest services and entry, ticket scanning, bag check and ushering.

Scheduled Event Dates:

  • Saturday, July 25th, 2026
  • Saturday, August 29th, 2026
  • Friday, September 4th, 2026
  • Saturday, September 26th, 2026
  • Saturday, October 17th, 2026
  • Friday, October 23rd, 2026
  • Saturday, November 28th, 2026

Shift & Pay Details

  • Shift times will typically be 5-8 hours in length.
  • Pay is $25/hour - we pay weekly
  • Due to certain limitations (kick off times not announced yet), exact shift times may not be known for each date at the stadium until closer to the event date.
  • Free parking near the venue is provided.
  • Standard uniform will be black pants, black button-down or polo, and comfortable closed-toed black shoes. We provide a windbreaker onsite.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a background in front-facing customer service roles.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 5-8 hours) except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
  • Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
  • Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
  • Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.

Ideal Candidates

  • Experience working at a stadium or concert venue in a customer service or security role.
  • Due to the uncertainty of shift times on some dates, flexibility in your schedule on the event days is a plus.
  • Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
  • Basic tech proficiency and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
