The Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Associate at Arco’s Storage in Stockton, CA plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service while driving sales and maintaining the facility. This position suits a motivated individual who enjoys working with customers, has a sales-oriented mindset, and takes pride in ensuring the property remains clean, secure, and well-managed. Working with a small team, this role reports to the Store Manager and District Manager and requires reliable weekend availability.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate storage solutions
  • Answer calls and convert inquiries into rentals
  • Follow up on leads to increase rentals and occupancy
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone
  • Maintain a clean, secure, and professional property appearance
  • Regularly walk the property to ensure proper conditions
  • Process rentals, payments, and account updates efficiently
  • Support customers with move-ins and move-outs
  • Contribute to a positive team environment within a small staff

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of combined sales and customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
