We are seeking a curious, analytical, and techforward AI & HR Process Documentation Intern to support our Human Resources organization. This internship is focused on documenting, structuring, and enabling AIsupported key HR processes.

This role is ideal for a student interested in the intersection of AI, systems thinking, and people operations. You will help translate emerging AI use cases into clear, scalable documentation that supports responsible and effective adoption across HR.

Key Responsibilities

AI Process Documentation & Enablement

  • Document endtoend HR workflows where AI is currently used or piloted (e.g., recruiting, skills assessment, job architecture, learning content creation, compensation analysis).
  • Create clear, practical documentation including process maps, usecase briefs, prompt libraries, decision guides, and governance considerations.
  • Establish standards for documenting AI use cases in HR, including purpose, data inputs, limitations, risks, and human oversight requirements.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support documentation of AIenabled recruiting activities such as job description optimization, resume screening support, interview question generation, and market insights.
  • Partner with TA leaders to capture best practices, guardrails, and compliance considerations related to AI usage.

Talent Development

  • Document AI applications in learning design, skills development, career pathways, and workforce upskilling initiatives.
  • Assist in structuring AIsupported content generation workflows while reinforcing human validation and quality standards.

Intranet & Content Enablement

  • Create clear, accessible content for employees, drawing from existing HR policies and guidance.
  • Translate complex or fragmented information into simple, user-friendly documentation.
  • Help organize and structure intranet content for ease of navigation and discoverability.
  • compensation concepts into accessible AIsupported process guides for HR partners.

Research, Evaluation & Collaboration

  • Research emerging AI tools, trends, and governance practices relevant to HR.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, IT, and Data teams to ensure documentation aligns with ethical, legal, and security standards.
  • Prepare summaries and presentations to share findings, recommendations, and documented processes with the HR leadership team.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Psychology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in AI, process improvement, digital tool and user experience.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and present it clearly to end users.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., copilots, LLMs, prompt design).
  • Exposure to HR functions such as recruiting, learning, and/or HR Operations.
  • Experience creating process documentation, SOPs, playbooks, or knowledgebase content.
  • Interest in AI ethics, governance, and responsible use.
