Job description

This paid internship is an opportunity for a college student to gain experience in educational publishing and technology. The Digital Solutions Intern will provide administrative support to the Director of Implementation and Support and other staff members within the department by assisting with various projects and tasks. This role will offer broad-based education around a range of programs including technical sales, digital fulfillment, and customer engagement. The job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Your New Role:
  • Use internal systems to assist with data entry, scheduling, and general organization.
  • Generate and distribute reports at the direction of supervisor.
  • Assist with organizing internal and external support documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to all department managers as needed.
  • Conduct online research to find customer information and competitive intelligence.
