IHRE AUFGABEN
  • In der Produktentwicklung sind Sie für die Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege applikationsspezifischer Modelle (insbes. Machine-Learning-Modelle) für spektrale Sensoren im NIR-Bereich verantwortlich. Unterteilt sind Ihre Tätigkeiten:
  • Analyse, Aufbereitung und Bewertung von Referenz-Spektraldaten als Basis für die Neuerstellung von Modellen oder Bewertung neuer Use Cases
  • Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Aufnahme von Referenz Spektraldaten
  • Auswahl und Umsetzung geeigneter Modellalgorithmen
  • Festlegung der Trainingsstrategien und Training der Modelle
  • Validierung der Modelle
  • Erstellung von interner technischer Dokumentation sowie entsprechender Auswertungen und Berichte für Kunden
  • Deployment der Modelle
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Toolchain für den gesamten Modellentwicklungs-Workflow
  • Beratung von (OEM)-Kunden zur Erstellung eigener Modelle
  • Arbeit in internen Projekten sowie in Kundenprojekten
IHRE AUSBILDUNG / FÄHIGKEITEN
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mind. 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Data Science / Machine-Learning und im Projektumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python und den Machine-Learning-Tools Tensorflow, scikit-learn, scipy
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Linux, Bash-Programmierung, Docker und GitHub Actions
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte und kooperative Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientierte Kommunikation und Arbeitsweise, speziell im OEM-Bereich
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit für Datenaufnahme- und Evaluierungstätigkeiten im Umfeld von Kunden, Anwendern oder Projektpartnern
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit Produkten der optischen Messtechnik sowie mit MongoDB und AWS wünschenswert
