Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to develop tools and insights from our internal and external data sources. This role spans a wide range of initiatives from internal data analysis to help inform decision making and strategy to enhancing our behavioral machine learning products improving upon the real-time security and fraud protection mechanisms.

Responsibilities
  • Design, enhance, and develop new machine learning models and strategies
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development
  • Experience using statistical and ml libraries in python
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications
  • Experience with machine learning (supervised, unsupervised, and reinforced learning)
  • Knowledge of common machine learning algorithms (SVM, kNN, K-Means, XGBoost)
  • Experience visualizing and presenting data
