This outstanding opportunity lets you play a pivotal role in our Yield Management team. You will ensure accurate reporting and analysis in a fast-paced, inventory-limited timeshare environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:

  • 1-3 years of analytical or reporting experience, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and insightful analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, ensuring the highest quality in all reporting tasks.
  • Ability to clearly communicate analytical results to collaborators at various levels within the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation of knowledge.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI preferred), enabling you to extract, manipulate, and visualize data effectively.
  • Experience in hospitality, timeshare, revenue, or yield management preferred, providing valuable context and industry insights.

  • Produce and distribute recurring operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support decision-making processes.
  • Validate data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies across various data sources to maintain the integrity of our reporting.
  • Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards using certified datasets to provide clear and actionable insights.
  • Analyze trends and variances related to occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and inventory utilization to find opportunities and risks.
  • Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests with mentorship from senior team members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
  • Document report logic and metric definitions to ensure clarity and consistency in our reporting processes.
  • Identify data issues and bring them up appropriately to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Represent the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Collaboration, Responsibility, and Now.
  • Complete all required Company training and compliance courses assigned.
