Job description

About PlanITROI

Since 2001, PlanITROI has been a global leader in Reverse Logistics, IT Asset Disposition, Asset Recovery, Repair, Refurbishment, and Lifecycle Services for OEMs, retailers, enterprises, educational institutions, and businesses of all sizes.

Today, we are building something bigger: the world’s greatest Repair and Refurbishment company for ITAD and Lifecycle Services. At the heart of that mission is our Center of Excellence in Youngsville, North Carolina, where returned, retired, and idle IT devices are transformed into high-quality, re-certified, affordable technology solutions. The work we do gives computers, laptops, tablets, and other devices a second life and gives businesses, students, families, and communities greater access to the technology they need.

Our clients trust us to protect their data, recover value from their retired assets, meet the highest standards of compliance, and support the circular economy. But our mission goes beyond processing equipment. We are building a future-ready operation powered by quality, accountability, innovation, automation, training, and people who take pride in doing meaningful work.

At PlanITROI, a retired device is not the end of the story. It can become someone else’s opportunity.

We are looking for teammates who want to be part of building that future.

Position Overview

PlanITROI is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Computer Hardware Packer to join our growing Center of Excellence production team in Youngsville, NC. This role is an important part of our mission to build the world’s greatest repair and refurbishment operation. As a Computer Hardware Packer, you help ensure that laptops, desktops, monitors, and IT equipment are packed safely, accurately, and professionally so they arrive ready for their next life with a customer, student, family, business, or organization that needs affordable technology. This is more than a packing role. It is a quality role, a customer-impact role, and a mission-critical step in PlanITROI’s Lifecycle Services process. Every device you handle represents our commitment to operational excellence, environmental responsibility, data security, and expanding access to affordable computing technology.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-focused, and proud of doing work the right way. You thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, care about quality and consistency, and want to be part of a team that is building the future of ITAD, refurbishment, and affordable technology. This is a Temp-to-Perm role with a 90-day conversion opportunity.
