Summary:


In this role, you will manage multiple cross-functional resources and project teams for small to mid-sized engagements using established project management practices. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to drive project participation, execute project deliverables, monitor project performance, and communicate updates, risks, and recommendations effectively. You will leverage project management tools and templates to support planning, scheduling, governance, and successful project execution while maintaining a high level of professionalism, organization, and client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed work plans, project schedules, resource plans, and status reports using available tools and templates.

  • Coordinate project activities to support timely completion of deliverables and project objectives.

  • Communicate project expectations, updates, risks, and recommendations to project teams, clients, and leadership.

  • Support project and portfolio governance activities to monitor project performance and outcomes.

  • Facilitate collaboration and participation among project team members and stakeholders.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.
