Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial PaintingA Bit About Us

We are a specialized contractor delivering commercial and industrial painting services across large-scale projects throughout the region. Our work includes warehouses, distribution centers, data centers, and industrial facilities, partnering with leading general contractors on both new construction and large renovations.

Our scope covers interior and exterior painting, industrial coatings, and joint caulking systems, with an emphasis on quality execution, schedule reliability, and long-term client relationships.

Job Details

As a Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial Painting, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will work closely with estimators, field teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution and strong financial performance across all projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple commercial and industrial painting projects simultaneously
  • Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
  • Coordinating with superintendents and field crews to ensure efficient execution
  • Reviewing contracts, scopes of work, and project specifications
  • Managing submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Procuring materials, coordinating vendors, and managing subcontractors as needed
  • Maintaining strong communication with general contractors, owners, and stakeholders
  • Conducting job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
  • Identifying and managing project risks, change orders, and cost impacts
  • Leading project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience in commercial painting or related construction trades
  • Experience with projects such as multi-family, office, healthcare, hospitality, or interior build-outs
  • Industrial experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project lifecycle
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects at once
  • Familiarity with painting systems, finishes, and joint caulking scopes
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
