Mold Shield LLC A Same Day Mold Service Company is seeking a Project Manager to help lead successful projects from planning through completion.

JOB SUMMARY:

A mold remediation project manager oversees environmental restoration jobs from initial inspection to final clearance, requiring core duties like scope development, crew supervision, and insurance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsite damage inspections and create project plans, work scopes, and safety rules.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and daily job costs.

  • Direct field crews, sub-contractors, and safety setups (containments and negative air).

  • Communicate clearly with property owners, insurance adjusters, and industrial hygienists.

  • Ensure all work meets industry standards like IICRC S520 and OSHA rules.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of hands-on experience in environmental remediation, mitigation, or restoration.

  • Strong knowledge of containment building, HEPA filtration, and moisture control.

  • Industry certifications such as IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) or Water Damage Restoration (WRT).

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

  • Good computer skills for writing reports, logging data, and managing budgets.
