Job Description

The Senior Relationship Manager, TransFund is primarily responsible for directing and providing service to TransFund's most significant and technically complex clients, including ongoing support, consultation, cross-selling new products, and contract renewal.  Also produces network improvements through product development, system enhancements, training materials and customer documentation, and provides training for lesser-experienced Relationship Managers.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You'll have the autonomy to define your own call/work plan for the year.
  • You'll travel about 50% of the time.
  • You'll act as the senior escalation contact for client service issues.
  • You'll participate in the development of new products and network enhancements to provide additional revenue opportunities.
Education & Experience Requirements

The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and 7+ years' experience in the EFT industry with 5+ years' experience in sales and relationship management involving financial institutions, data processors, ATMs and a card base commercial lending environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Extensive knowledge of the EFT Industry, especially related to processing
  • Extensive knowledge of relationship management methodology
  • Advanced knowledge of Bank products, operations/product delivery system, banking applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent PC and software package skills and on-line system experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to lead, motivate, and promote team building
