About the role
  • Extract and consolidate data from multiple systems using SQL and other data access tools.
  • Design and implement standardized data models across key business processes and financial metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting (primarily in Power BI) supporting both operational and financial performance.
  • Translate business and FP&A needs into actionable analytics and visualizations.
  • Support process improvement and integration initiatives with data analysis.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of operational and financial performance issues.
  • Establish processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Monitor and improve data quality across systems and reporting outputs.

What we need from you
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or financial / operational analytics roles.
  • Experience working with multiple disparate data sources (e.g., legacy systems, acquisitions, spreadsheets).
  • Strong experience with SQL and backend data extraction.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience supporting operational and financial reporting.
  • Exposure to ERP / CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) preferred.
  • Power BI or equivalent BI tool certification preferred
