Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Data Governance with a strong focus on accelerating business transformation through data management and operations excellence. The Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring that business requirements are thoroughly understood and effectively translated into IT solutions, with a keen vision for business process management and transformation. Expertise in industry standards and a deep understanding of master data for ERP and supply chain are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business transformation initiatives by leveraging data as a strategic asset.
  • Define and execute the data governance strategy to ensure data quality and governance.
  • Drive innovation in data operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated into IT solutions.
  • Stay current with industry standards and best practices related to data management, ERP, and supply chain.
  • Apply expertise in master data management for ERP systems and supply chain processes to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align data initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the data governance team, fostering collaboration across IT, business analysts, and executives.
  • Manage the budget for data governance and invest in the professional growth of the data operations team.
  • Ensure the highest levels of data security and privacy are maintained.
